Roadside bomb tears through Afghan minibuses

Officials in Afghanistan say at least 20 people have been killed and 12 injured in a roadside bomb attack.

The blast tore through two minibuses travelling between between the district of Obe and the provincial capital of Herat.

A local administration spokesman says women and children are among the victims.
