IRS Probes Creationist Theme Park Operator
Yep religion is one profitable venture

PENSACOLA, Fla. - Internal Revenue Service (news - web sites) agents are investigating a man who runs a creationist theme park and museum, saying he owes taxes on proceeds of more than $1 million.

IRS agents raided the Pensacola homes and businesses of Kent Hovind, 51. Calling himself "Dr. Dino," Hovind argues against evolution and for a Biblical view of creation in travels around the world, on the Internet, videos and in literature.

Agents on Wednesday confiscated computer and paper records of financial activity since 1997, but no charges have been filed against Hovind. He denied wrongdoing Friday.

In a sworn statement to obtain a search warrant, IRS agent Scott Schneider said none of Hovind's enterprises has a business license or tax-exempt status as a nonprofit entity.

3. My mother told me about this park a few years ago.........
.....thought I would be intersted (HAHAHAHAHA) She is afraid my kids will burn in hell because they do not believe in Creationism (I capitalize it in deferance to the female that gave birth to me). My kids have NO interest, and would rather go just about anywhere else.

4. The question my A of G family won't answer...
If God told Noah to put every animal on the ark, why did Noah forget the dinosaurs?

5. But you see, he didn't
He brought their eggs. They just uh... died later.

At least, that's what some of the more coherent creationists have explained.

8. ...but the A of G says the Earth is only 6,500 years old!
and I ask them about that Carbon-14 dating of fossils and my family tells me that is the work of the DEVIL (and no doubt Clinton's Penis, too...)

10. forgot fish too
If the Earth was covered in water, that would mean it's all salt-water. Where'd Noah get the fresh water to put the fresh water fish eggs in?

And who incubated the egg for the "horse Kind"?

11. Some of the fundies on my Dad's side of the family say
that there were no dinosaurs. They never existed.

They were a hoax perpetrated by science, just a collection of bones fitted together to test our faith.

And carbon dating? Misguided but earnest scientists will someday discover that there is an error in their method of testing. When they correct this error, they will discover that the earth is not much more than 6,000 years old.

From google:

Dr. Dino Iraq Creation Ministry Formed
Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf Put in Charge
For immediate release

Noted scientist Dr. Kent Hovind from the Patriot University, one of the great universities of our time, and founder of Creation Science Evangelism is proud to announce formation of Dr. Dino Iraq Creation Ministry to bring young-earth creation science to the people of Iraq long oppressed by the teaching of evolution.

Mr. al-Sahaf, a former diplomat who recently quit his previous employment for new ventures has turned down many high-profile jobs to help Dr. Hovind teach the Iraqi people how bad believing the world is older than ten-thousand years old really is. Some of the jobs he turned down are spokesman for La Société de l'Histoire Militaire Française in Paris, Al Gore speech writer, ghost writer for Sen. Hillary Clinton's memoirs, and senior economic advisor to President George W. Bush. He will act as a minister of information about the evils of evolution for the new ministry.

Dr. Kent Hovind

Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf

Dr. Hovind is quick to point out that his new minister of information will take aim at make sure that the Iraqi people are not fooled by evolutionist propaganda such as The Talk.Origins Archive, The National Center for "Science" Education, and small handful of fools named Steve.

Mohammed Saeed al-Sahaf has made a statement:

Evolutionists say the virtually all scientists accept evolution as the central concept of biology -- don't believe them. There is no evolutionist within 50 miles of any biological research. Our glorious creation scientists are winning Nobel Prizes and making all important scientific discoveries. We will drive those evolutionists from the schools and slaughter their inflated egos. They should surrender to creation science or withdraw from the schools.

14. So, was this the reason for the war?
WMD - nope
Saddam kills people - nope
Democracy - nope
7000 year old earth - yup!!

If only this would have been spelled out for us, we millions of fools would not have bothered marching in the street during the buildup to the war.
