3. He won't be as good a congressman as he was a runner
However Congress should NEVER ask him to sing the National Anthem.

13. Going to run as Democrat. I'd love to see a great sportsfigure awakening
They wield such power and attention over youth but so many are like Micheal Jordan (all about the cash) or don't want to rock the boat. The ones who do speak out on the left are branded troublemakers.

20. Sorry. .That repeated replaying of his Anthem flub this morning infuriated me.
It was like a torpedo to his campaign courtesy of CorpoMedia©. They COULD have played clips of his Olympic triumphs but no-o-o-o. His first reintroduction to the public stage was that unfortunate rendition of the Anthem.

And it was repeated in each segment of the morning news, just to make sure that this was everyone's "new first impression".

21. And if he passed the primary hurdle....
You have no idea how much ridicule he'll get for the SSB butchering. Are there any other Democratic candidates besides Lewis on the ticket. He won't work out.

18. He is a great man. Once when I was a toddler he and I were stuck in the same airport
apparently he spent a good hour entertaining me and then proceeded to give me a hand carved wooden toy car that I still have today.
