http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=578&ncid=578&e=1&u=/nm/20040406/ts_nm/iraq_attacks_dc

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Three U.S. soldiers were killed in separate attacks in a Shi'ite area of Baghdad on Monday and Tuesday, the U.S. army said.

It said one soldier was killed in a rocket-propelled grenade attack in the Kadhimiya neighborhood of Baghdad on Tuesday.

On Monday evening a soldier was killed in the same area when his vehicle was hit by a rocket-propelled grenade, and earlier that day a soldier was killed when his convoy was attacked by rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire.

He was supposed to come home after being in Baghdad for a year. With this stopping of rotation I am not sure if he will leave next week. He is an MP in the Army Reserve. Stay safe Scott...:(

9. I will think about him
My husband came home just 2 weeks ago. I thought the deaths over there wouldn't bother me quite as much once he came home. I was wrong.

11. Can't confirm this...
... with a link, but a local affiliate here reported five deaths in Fallujah, not four. This would be in addition to the three killed in the fighting in Baghdad.

I suppose we'll get the true information sooner or later... reports seem to be all over the place this morning.

25. These are numbers that will finally turn some heads in America
Sorry it has to taken dozens of Americans killed for the sheeple to take notice. I suspect the next cycle will not show a majority believing the war in Iraq was right. And I expect Shrub's overall approval to dip at or under 40.

8 U.S. Troops, 30 Iraqis Die in Fighting last two days.
