6. Yes, and so should every manager that alters a time card
For fraud and larceny

Forget this civil suit or "file a complaint with the labor board" crap.

They should be escorted out in handcuffs.

7. Human Services is RIFE
with that type of abuse.

Most of the companies that hire Home Health Aides will not let them work for twenty of more hours a week (on a steady basis) so that they can deny them benefits.

Many nursing homes play the same game and use the nursing-pool agencies to supply per diem employees who dare not report anything that is happening to Grandma.

Many companies that run homes for the mentally handicapped are known to treat their employees so badly that the employees quit often and sometimes take out their frustration on their clients. Sometimes this mistreatment consists of refusing to buy the handicapped person food since management has refused to send grocery money for seven months and counting since management is saving up for a flat screen TV at Corporate HQ.
Such instances of abuse can and do result in an investigation and termination and possible jail time for the employee for having actively participated in fraud.

Meanwhile, mercenaries are being paid thousands of dollars per day (each) so as to render other human beings needful of human services.
