Advanta Bank Corp., based in Draper, Utah, with $1.6 billion in assets and $1.5 billion in deposits

American National Bank of Parma, Ohio, with $70.3 million in assets and $66.8 million in deposits

Century Security Bank of Duluth, Ga., with $96.5 million in assets and $94 million in deposits.
