Andrew H. Card Jr., chief of staff under former president George W. Bush, has decided against running on the Republican card for the US Senate, a close associate said.

Card made his decision tonight, only days after indicating there was a good likelihood that he would run.

14. He's throwing his hat in the ring for my former state rep, Scott Brown,
who used his 15 seconds to end his campaign by listing every RW point he favors, including no public option in health care. And then he said he is his own person and won't listen to others when he makes decisions. Nice campaign Scott. It's over.
