Mussolini's grandaughter blocks Italian film that calls her 'whore who wants to kill Romanians'

The granddaughter of Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini has blocked the release of a film that brands her a ‘whore’.

Alessandra Mussolini, who was also called a ‘bitch who wants to kill all the Romanians’, forced distributors to cancel screenings of Francesca after complaining.

The movie, about a Romanian woman who dreams of moving to Italy to open a nursery, was to be released next month following critical acclaim at the Venice Film Festival.
But Italian distributors Fandango have now agreed to delay its nationwide showing following a complaint by Ms Mussolini, 45, last week.

I wished he'd replied to her; "Somehow, I don't think it quite compares with the way in which your grandfather's goons forced bottles of castor oil down the throats of old-age pensioners for not voting for their evil boss."

But I'm afraid burping was more Gazzer's style. That and telling another journalist who'd asked him if there was anything he'd like to say to some Scandinavian team they were to play, "Yes, **** off." It was all spur of the moment and lighted-hearted stuff, as far as he was concerned. I expect he enjoyed the fact the Italians couldn't get over his mad personality.
