Supreme Court rejects Ala. death row challenge

The Supreme Court on Monday refused to allow a death row inmate to try to prove his innocence through DNA testing.

1. Innocence is not cause for appeal.
There must be a rule of law to challenge.

2. Yeah, as I recall the arch- traitor Sandra Day O'Connor wrote that opinoin.
It was in a Texas appeal as I remember.

4. Didn't congress float the idea some time ago
about passing a law that someone with DNA evidence available, could have it tested. I don't remember what ever happened.

Troy "No Dildos" King, the AG will probably want to film the execution and show it to kids to show them the wages of sin.

Heaven forbid that new evidence might thwart the wheels of "justice." Meanwhile, The Most Serene and Christian Republic of Alabamistan prepares to execute a terminal cancer patient, forcing his meds on him so he is healthy to kill.
