I think that's what they called it.

Fell asleep with the TV on, and in the haze of waking up, heard someone on ABC talking about our new "get tough" policy in Iraq.

Footage of a blown up building and some Iraqi saying "They just came in and blew up our factory. Why?"

Cut to the Italians and the dead and wounded there, and talk about how "getting tough" will stop the insurgents and still manage to "keep the hearts and minds" of the Iraqis.

Was I dreaming, or are they now totally mad?

1. It was going to be either "Operation Iron Hammer" or

"Operation Kick Some Random Iraqi Ass".
OIH was deemed to be a little more "media acceptable".
BTW, hammers are made of STEEL.
Wouldn't an IRON hammer shatter at the first blow?
