UNITED NATIONS — Russia's foreign minister warned against threatening Iran over its nuclear program Monday after Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld reportedly agreed with a German interviewer that all options, including military response, remained on the table.

8. Well, that's certainly true. Why should he worry about the future, when
he's already said we'll all be dead? Why worry about the judgment of history when there just may not be anybody around to speak about it? Isn't that thoughtful of him? Don't worry about it. There won't be any, in the first place.

11. We're not quite there yet. But, in the not too distant future, some
political entity, either a Country, group of Countries or political activist group, that has sufficient military firepower is going to put a stop to the Republican lunacy. And, I might add, is not going to be good for any of us. Just them and the rest of the world.
