Ft. Lauderdale judge denies bond for suspect in Boulis killing

The second of three suspects charged in the 2001 gangland-style killing of businessman Konstantinos "Gus" Boulis was denied bond on Saturday.
Broward County Circuit Judge Susan J. Aramony ordered James "Pudgy" Fiorillo, 28, to be held without bail until trial. Fiorillo is charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Anthony "Little Tony" Ferrari, 48, of Miami Beach, was denied bond on Wednesday in Broward County on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit first-degree and solicitation of murder. A third suspect, Anthony "Big Tony" Moscatiello, 67, is awaiting extradition from New York on charges the same charges. He is scheduled to appear in a Queens County, N.Y., court on Oct. 7.
The three were arrested last week for Boulis' murder. He was the former owner of Miami Subs and the SunCruz casino company.
