Iran says no going back on nuclear decision
ran's decision to resume nuclear work opposed by the West is irreversible but it may delay the work for a few weeks if talks with European powers go well, chief negotiator Hassan Rohani said on Wednesday.

In an interview with Reuters, Rohani repeatedly said that Iran would not change its mind about restarting a plant in the city of Isfahan that converts raw uranium into a gas that can be used to feed nuclear power plants or make atomic bombs.

5. If they really wanted to do it in June heat would already be on.
Iran knows no one is going to bomb them now, they are just trying to keep sanctions from being thrown on them.

If the U.S. wanted to bomb them (or Israel) there would be a massive propaganda campaign already rolling. There is nothing on it in the MSM.

In my opinion it is actually the U.S. and Iran playing nice with each other for once. In a weird twisted way that is only understandable with knowing a lot of history of the relationship between the two nations.

The U.S. not running the propaganda and Condi coming out saying the U.S. approves of the negotiations in Europe is actually a huge display of peace to Iran. If Iran now just throws the U.S. a bone, they will be left alone. Bushy can't go and start making more trouble in the region right now, Iran knows it, all the military advisors know it, AIPAC doesn't know it but they don't actually run everything.

6. Whatever, secrecy may be the approach they are using.....
...otherwise wouldn't Iran be moving things around, hiding the weapons grade materials, etc. It's all bullshit, but BushCo will attack Iran sooner or later.

7. Yes, I believe this is true.
I recall reading some ominous news at the beginning of the year -- that the US was planning to attack Iran. The article said, 'watch for the rhetoric to start escalating in Washington'. Sure enough, the rhetoric started ratcheting up, weekly. The tension level was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

Russia was hovering in the background, though. China and India were making statements pretty regularly about this situation. Putin announced in very public statements, that Russia was going to supply Iran with missiles; they were going to sell them arms; and also nuclear fuel.

Then, Bush left for Europe. Suddenly, Bush wanted to use "negotiation" with Iran, and diplomacy!!! After that, the administration seemed to soften its stance. The bellicosity simmered down.

I thought to myself, Russia must have laid down some pretty heavy threats to get the US to back off. Putin must have threatened Bush with WWIII if he dared.
