BUENOS AIRES : US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld arrived to hold talks with his Argentine counterpart on the situation in troubled Haiti and Washington's concerns over shoulder fired missiles in Central America.

Rumsfeld will meet early Tuesday with Argentine Defense Minister Jose Pampuro before heading to Brazil and Guatemala. <snip>
