Saudi fund to allow foreign investment

RIKAZ Development & Planning, the Saudi Arabian property group, will today launch a property fund that will for the first time enable foreigners to invest in development projects in the kingdom.

The €126.5 million (£88 million) Royal Amwaj Real Estate Development Fund will finance a mixed-use development on a 1 million sq m waterfront site in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The fund is a three-year investment vehicle regulated by the Bahrain Monetary Agency.

Rikaz is led by Sheikh Khalid al-Gahtani, 32, a prominent Saudi Arabian businessman, who believes the fund will accelerate the modernisation of the kingdom’s property market.

1. You do know that in 1998 Prince Abdullah offered to sell upstream oil to

the U.S.-based majors. That plan was blocked by some of the other sons of King Faud, several of whom ended up dead in the desert or in car accidents after 9/11. See Posner's book. That was a turning point in the civil war in Saudi Arabia. After some in US intel put the finger on the Saudis for the 9/11 attacks, a $60 billion contract for natural gas development was handed to the Chinese and the Russians. All of the US companies were written out of that deal.

Here we have more than one motive for an oil industry-backed covert U.S. operation to overthrow the Saudi regime, and the primary reason we're sliding into World War.

Amazing that so few Americans have heard a word about about any of this. Would like to see a show of hands.

2. Mysterious deaths of horeseracing afficionados Prince Ahmed

Salman and his brother Prince Fahd (owners of The Thoroughbred Racing Corporation)linked to shady business dealings of ex-US Ambassador to UK William Stamps Farish III, another equine fanatic - and Shrub's, Poppy's Presidential Blind Trust bagman.

Farish booted out of UK at short notice last July without a word of explanations.

BUT the US Ambassador's residence, Winfield House, in the Outer Circle, Regent's Park WAS forfeited in a lawsuit brought by the owners of The Holme and ST John's Lodge, Inner Circle, Regent's Park -in a defamation/slander lawsuit linked directly to Bush.

A unique take on things, emad. I don't believe I could learn anywhere else that a British court awarded the US Ambassador's residence to the Knights Templar.

4. Knights Templar?????. St John's Lodge and The Holme are

owned by a cousin of Margaret Truman Daniel, only child of Harry S Truman, and his wife. Who also own Hanover Lodge nearby and most of the Crown Estate freeholds in Regents Park.

He is a former Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Columbia University, NY. Fellow of the UK's Royal College of Psychiatry, American Association of Psychiatrists, W.H.O. accredited expert on psychopathology of Criminal Cults.

Crown Estate Property Commissioners in Pall Mall keep a register of all ownerships. Winfield House change of ownership registered last July.

Don't know of anyone who has ever linked the Trumans to Knights Templar, but this could be an amusing twist!

EDIT: have posted extensively on the Salman brothers in DU. One of them was former Internal Affairs minister in Saudi prior to 9/11.

Their former business connections to Farish and his wife are a matter of record.
