SANTIAGO, CHILE - President Bush assured Mexican President Vicente Fox on Sunday that he would make a concerted effort in his second term to push for a temporary-guest worker program that has languished in Congress.

Immigration and border issues dominated private talks between the neighboring leaders, who met here during the final day of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.

is a solution of him fixing the corruption in his country which keeps his people in poverty? It always amazes me that that man has the gaul to repeatedly demand (not ask) of our country that we take care of the social devastation Mexican policies cause for his citizenry.
