5. Resolving contradicting claims about Fisher
Below you will find my correspondance with Fisher about contradicting claims that he is connecting with the Nader campaign to supply vote fraud info. We will see if what he says turns out to be true. By the way, because he reply debunks Olbermann I forwarded it to Olbermann.

Message to Fisher:

I noticed that on your website
there is a statement that reads:
"Kevin Zeese, Ralph Nader's media spokesman, officially announced that
Presidential Candidate Ralph Nader will be consulting with Jeff Fisher
and Jan Schneider regarding the investigation of voter fraud and a
statewide recount for the state of Florida. Jan Schneider was the
Democratic candidate for Florida's 13th Congressional District in 2002
and 2004 vs former Florida Secretary of State, Katherine Harris. "

According to the Keith Olbermann of MSNBC, Kevin Zeese denied making any such official announcement. The MSNBC claim can be found at the
following url: / under the November
16th post 8:30 pm post.

You might want to either correct your website or talk to Mr. Zeese to
resolve this issue.
Message from Fisher:
That issue is going to be addressed today with Ralph Nader. Olbermann's blog is full of holes.

go to the following link and read the update to the letter for Ralph Nader.

Fisher has been cited in many places as claiming he has firm evidence of deliberate computer-hacking in the Florida vote, and was awaiting FBI agents with whom he was to share it. Not to dismiss him or his claims, but the shows contact with him was not encouraging. ( They cancelled my appearance the day that Gonzales was nominated to replace Ashcroft) ( They even were sending a car to take me to a television station in Palm Beach County. Al Rogers and Ben Roth were to be my guests and Katie, (producer) told all three of us on the speakerphone that they could ride with me to the studio) He spoke vaguely of sources and whispered a lot. (I spoke with Katie and revealed all that could be said without interfering with the ongoing FBI investigation)

I think Mr. Olbermann needs to get both sides of the story. Keith Olbermann needs to know that journalism requires to get information from both sides of an ongoing investigation. This is not sport reporting on ESPN, yet even on reporting sports a good reporter gets information from all sources

6. I love that nutty guy...
I'm content to wait and see what Mr. Fisher comes up with about the Nader connection... I also sent him email asking why none of the people that he says he's collaborating with have come out publicly and supported that statement -- I have unfortuanately received no reply as of yet.

I would guess Countdown probably did book him but backed out at the last minute -- since I got the feeling the producers don't like people saying the 'F' word on their show(I think Bev Harris had the same problem) -- and without rock solid evidence that this Fisher's story has veracity, it's risky --

I'm going to stick to my guns... this guy is the real deal, check his story out... if it's a bit too Cloak and Dagger for ya, by all means... pass, but ya gotta check it out.

7. They were going to let Fisher on, who still has yet to produce any solid
proof of any kind whatsoever to back up his allegations but refused to let Bev on because she was going to use the F word? You don't find this suspicious in the least?

If his claims, do not check out all of the actual evidence is going to be discreditted and we are going to be totally screwed. If the FBI is looking into this, wouldn't talk show appearances interfere with investigation?

Olberman should have known better than to even mention him.

The evidence is already there and it's in the math. Those numbers are solid, indisputable facts. Has anybody questioned why all the networks agreed to use the same Exit Pollers for the first time this election?

8. Well...
AS for Bev Harris -- Countdown had booked her too, but backed out at the last minute as I understand -- mainly dealing with the fact that she was going to cry 'FRAUD' -- apparently the media doesn't think we're ready for that word to go primetime yet.

I really don't think Fisher's claims will discredit the other ongoing recounts -- news is news -- if the NH recount on Thurs turns out wildly different from the numbers they put up, it's going to be news... and it's going to be good news for our side. Personally -- I think if Fisher's story has any truth to it at all -- it will probably be discovered through the work of what people like Bev Harris are doing, not the FBI investigation.

Lastly -- I think they agreed to use the same exit poll people this time -- because in previous years -- 2000 and 2002 the exit polls were so far wrong that they just couldn't trust the people they had been using -- oddly enough, exit polls starting being wildly wrong when Mr Bush appeared on the scene...hmmmm.

9. Yeah, but...
wouldn't you consider Fisher's claims bigger than Fraud?

If they make him the spokesperson for the entire fraud debacle and he goes in pushing a line we don't have facts to back up, I sure think it will stigmatize all the solid proof.

Yeah, why haven't we gotten any reports about NH? Does Nader have the machines locked down? What's going on there?

You think the FBI is complicit as well? Do we have proof that the FBI is actually looking into this? Who's side are the FBI on right now, what are the politics in there at the moment?

My point is that it's a lot easier to change one set of exit poll numbers than to have several companies doing the polling and having to change them all. Whether the networks were in on this to begin with or got orders from the WH to do so, asses were covered by only have one set of numbers to fudge after the "results" came in.

10. It's HUGE
Edited on Wed Nov-17-04 06:38 AM by Woo
Yes -- I definitely think Fisher's allegations are bigger than fraud. If true -- it would uncover the most sinister deed(s) ever perpertrating in US History --the Bush family, basically profiteers(or as I like to call em thievin bastards) would be burned at the stake -- Listen up, in Fisher's stories alone -- they not only detail vote fraud, if that wasn't large enough -- but ya have corruption of power -- murder -- possible sexual abuse of minors -- and the list just goes on and on -- Personally, I think unless you start seeing some
*visible* movement(not just because Mr. Fisher says so, although that works for me) of the FBI ... surrounding his accusations, I don't believe mainstream media would touch this with a ten foot pole-- not after the Dan Rather ordeal.

But if what he says is true and they are indeed doing traces, surrounding war dialing to county tabulators in FL -- then the FBI should already know the vote was hacked, it's just a matter of time. I just don't know why they would use war dialing -- I mean they used that in the movie War Games -- and to give you an idea about how old that idea is -- Matthew Broderick was a boy then and I believe he's only a year or two now from collecting Medicare now. Needless to say, I really think people are worrying over nothing -- people already don't believe us and I'm sure the right ring media has already gotten hold of Mr. Fisher's story and proclaimed how nutty we all are using Fisher's story as an example -- luckily, they're preachin to the choir.

Solace comes in the fact that -- My Uncle John called today -- here's a man who grew up as a sharecropper in Miss -- he drove a city bus for most of his adult life --couldn't figure out the internet(s) to save his life-- he spends his days on his porch, toothpick dangling from his lips waitin' to die -- HE KNOWS THE ELECTION WAS RIGGED(proven by the 30 minutes of incessant grumbling about the election I had to listen to today) ... believe me, everyone on our side that's not a politician knows what happened and we are not going to lose support of the masses, we have to keep it in their face though. from NH is they will probably start recounting on Thursday... sounds like progress to me.

I don't know about the FBI -- I haven't heard of Bush firing everyone in site at the FBI... so I myself wonder about what's up with them. Mr. Fisher... posted the number of the nice FBI agent who interviewed him(one thing I know, don't trust Fisher with your telephone number) -- I'm sure Agent Fativa(??) would love for you to give him a call and ask how it's goin :)

I think there were a few independent exit polls in a couple of states -- I could be wrong... they showed similar problems.

pbbbt -- hope this is over soon, in our favour, so I can go back to the lazy days of comparing prices on fondue pots.

12. "The FBI should already know the vote was hacked,"
I don't know what I believe- he sure does a good job of making himself look not-credible between his website and his "bending" of the truth regarding his contacts. I worry that he only ads more hysteria to this, thereby fueling the fire of the majority of the world who just want us to shut up and go away. I agree- if it's true, it is huge- and has the potential to be a giant story- but no on is going to listen to him if he doesn't find a calm, rational, mainstream spokes-person to support him and back up his story. Even a local legislature you'll notice none of the ones here in Florida are going near this story)- anyone to at least open the conversation in a way that other's might listen.
Regarding the FBI- are they really non-partisan? I know they are supposed to be- but in reality, what is the story when it comes to these types of allegations? Naturally, no one has heard a statement from them that they are even looking into it. Any thoughts? Anyone want to call this nice Agent who now has his number available to the entire world? (Any bets on whether someone can actually reach this person?).

13. The Majority of the World
wants us to shut up and go away? Really? I'm sure there are a lot of Europeans, Asians, Latin Americans, Africans, and Middle Easterners, Mexicans and Canadians that would just love to have us find the truth about this election, if only to discredit Bush or keep him from getting a second term.

We are doing a global public service, and I think its appreciated (at least by those who are paying attention).

This Fisher guy really should shut up though.

at least the parts I could hear makes me think your right. I hope I'm wrong but when he said "after I gained his confidence ,he let me in on the information". This makes me think of the 60 min 2 story. I think Mr. Fisher thinks it's 100% true, but I think he's been set up.
