Crime Report: Conny at it Again
Crime Report: Los Angeles Denies Public Access to Central Tabulator

Norwalk, California--Tonight the public were denied their lawful access to view the central tabulation for the Los Angeles vote counts under Election Code 15204 .  I was notified with urgent cell phone calls from the Norwalk central tabulation site about their denial of access, and I immediately called the Norwalk sheriff's department for assistance at (562) 863-8711. After all, the San Diego Police Department arrested Jim March of Blackboxvoting.org for violation of this same code on behalf of the County Clerk, I thought reciprocally we, the citizens, should have an equal right to protection from the sheriff's department.

Watch Commander Duran was helpful and requested a copy of the Code, which I sent via email (see below).  He acknowledged receipt with a "tHANK YOU" and said he'd dispatch some officers right away, and would we please be certain that we had a contact person in front to explain the issue.

Lt. Edson arrived and told the citizens there that there was absolutely nothing he could do--he did not know the election code.  (But we had sent it to him?)

I called Watch Commander Duran back and asked if he had received the Election Code, and he said, oh, he must have--that's why we pay him the big bucks.  He then said he couldn't overrule a lieutenant.

Also, earlier in the day, and I don't yet have the details, but I understand that the tech oversight privileges conferred to the political parties met with some resistance. (BTW, Bev Harris was the tech on behalf of the Libertarian party, and no doubt she will be able to explain that to us all later.)

So, where are we tonight?  After a couple of weeks of no one taking action for the Los Angeles County Clerk Conny McCormack's complete flouting of the 1% manual recount on the early voting (EC 15360), now we have at least one more Election Code violation--perhaps more.

When the largest city in the most powerful state of the United States does not abide by the law governing our transfer of power, what form of government is it that we have?

P.S.  To read the email exchanges tonight, as well as the election code violated tonight, see below:
