Gonzales clears Ohio of Election Fraud! (Can you believe this???)
Torturer General Gonzalez's Justice Dept. Clears Ohio Of Election Fraud

It's shades of Stolen Election 2000 all over again. Back in 2001 it was Inquisitor General AshKKKroft's Justice Dept. that found no wrong doing in Florida, months and months after the Bush Junta was first installed. Now we get the same shite in Stolen Election 2005. Only more blatant!, report says distribution of votings machines favored black voters because of lower turnout in the black community. Gee, wonder if that might have anything to do black voters having to wait in line for hour upon hour to exercise their franchise? Think perhaps thousands were discouraged from voting and left the long lines?

Justice Clears Ohio in Voting Booth Bias
COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The Department of Justice says it found no evidence of discrimination in the distribution of voting machines in two Ohio counties in the 2004 presidential election. The department began investigating after voters complained of long voting lines and alleged discrimination in Franklin and Knox counties. Investigators wanted to determine if elections officials had intentionally skewed the placement of machines to favor Republicans. The Justice Department said, however, the distribution in Franklin County narrowly favored black voters. Because turnout in predominantly black precincts was lower than in white ones, machines in those districts averaged fewer votes, according to a report released Wednesday.

An unanticipated 76 percent turnout - with many first-time voters - contributed to the long lines in the Kenyon College precinct in Knox County - with some people forced to wait until 4 a.m. to vote on just two available machines, officials found.

Distribution of voting machines is determined by county boards of elections, made up of two Democrats, two Republicans and two nonvoting members.

Franklin County, which includes Columbus, had 2,904 machines on hand for 535,575 people who showed up to vote.

In the Knox County precinct, the number of registered voters more than doubled to 1,607 between March and November of 2004. But by the time those numbers were available, the Knox County board already had decided on the distribution of voting machines.

The election turned on Ohio's 20 electoral college votes, and not until preliminary results were available early Nov. 3 did Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry concede. President Bush defeated Kerry by about 118,000 votes in the state.

19. NVMojo... Damn-it! I Totally Agree With You!
This is the "real" tragedy! Our counterparts "obviously" don't care! Know exactly how frustrated you are. Slippery-sloped and seems there isn't anything we can about it.

Right with ya, NVMojo, sadly, sadly so.

4. Of course I can believe it ...
There's an expression about foxes and hen houses that is appropriate here. One should not be surprised if all the hens wind up dead.

Whether he wants to or not. These people are sick in the f*cking head.

We should demand accountability and PROOF that there was no discrimination and election fraud. Show us the averages. Prove it, asshole. It's time to bring this video to the attention of Mr. A. G. , right?

:banghead:

Peace.

I'm not 100% aware of how this works. Well, it's not like legality's stopping them anyway.

13. With regard to the idea that low "voter turnout" among blacks
was the result of long lines:

Here is a link to an excellent study by Elizabeth Liddle (Febble) that proves that point: http://uscountvotes.org/index.php?option=com_content&ta...

And this one shows that additional machines were available but held back: http://www.onlinejournal.com/evoting/111704Fitrakis/111...

14. Okay take my comments with a grain of salt - i have to vent
1. While we have been battling for the investigations of 2004 and for voter reform, the powers to be have been working on taking over the whole world.

2. The only chance we had to stop it was if we had a leader who came forward on November 3rd and fought for our nation.

3. It's too damn late for anyone to help us. Everyone (the majority of people) know the election was stolen but they are too damn busy driving around in their SUV's or too damn busy trying to make a living to help (or looking for work that doesn't exist).

4. The only hope we have is that the crew will all be indicted for SOMETHING. Even then, we are stuck with e-tabulation and corrupt politicians.

5. No, I am not giving up, I have just need to blow off steam!

6. I am opening my window and screaming at the top of my lungs, "I am as mad as hell and I am NOT going to take it anymore!

7. Whatever reason that John Kerry did NOT come out swinging on November 3rd, whether it be the DLC, threats against him or his family, whether it was because he acted on bad advice, or whatever - I WISH HE WOULD SPEAK UP AND TELL US THE REASON and I wish that whomever or whatever it was that caused him to retreat rots in hell.

8. No, I am not a threat to society so don't come looking for me - I just need to vent some of this frustration!

Everytime they do this shit we gotta yell, "NO MORE LIES"

This is a LIE - Everyone on DU knows it and has to say it.

In September this will be on my list of LIES that WE THE PEOPLE AREN'T GOING TO TOLERATE ANY MORE.

Gotta get me a permit for a megaphone in DC - Sept 24-26.

Bush said, "Bring it on," to the insurgents. Well, this little stunt just got Gonzales a little higher placement on the IMPEACHMENT list.

WE THE PEOPLE NEED ABOUT 5 Million More foot soldiers in the war against the betrayers in the White House. Any volunteers?
