Bush Bi? Can anyone shed any light on this one?

"The Truth about George W. Bush
Here you will find out the little known truth concerning President George W. Bush, Victor Ashe, the current American ambassador to Poland (formerly mayor of Knoxville, Tennessee and Exec. V.P.; C.F.O. of Fannie Mae), and their adulterous-bisexual relationship with a Las Vegas woman in 1984.

This situation took place in 1984 in the State of Tennessee. It concerns a 41 year old woman , Victor Ashe and George Bush's encounter in 1984 during the senate debates between Al Gore, Jr., Victor Ashe and Ed McAteer. She was invited to come to Tennessee by Victor Ashe. While attending one of these debates she spoke briefly with Ed McAteer (Senatorial candidate in 1984 who debated alongside Al Gore, Jr. and Victor Ashe, and was responsible in part for the emergence of the Religious Right).

Members of the mainstream media (CNN, FOX/news, Chicago Tribune) have known about this Las Vegas woman since September of 2003 yet they have done little if anything to get to the bottom of it. Like Bush's national guard service records they've given him a free pass concerning the what, where and when of his participation in the Texas Air National Guard.

"

13. not that interesting, actually
since there was not a shred of evidence that bush had sex with guckert as the article tried so hard to imply.

only the supposition that if you have one guy who might be gay in an organisation then the whole orgainsiation must be somehow controlled by gays.

just what is it with these gay conspiracy theories? this is all starting to sound like the 'protocols of the learned elders of zion.' do you really believe that there is some kind of 'homintern' (as joe mccarthy called it) controlling the white house?

i'm getting really tired of this obsession with hidden gays somehow controlling the world; it's starting to feel very paranoid and freeperish.

the last time i heard so many people snickering about gays and thinking that they could somehow discredit someone by calling him 'gay' i was in high-school.

28. My thoughts exactly but there IS something going on.
You know about poppy's scandal with orphaned child prostitutes thought right?

http://www.voxfux.com/features/cia_child_sex.html

This family and this administration is up to their necks in some very STRANGE stuff.

The prostitution stuff isn't nearly as IMPORTANT to America's future as their terrorism connections, but it is another rung on the ladder to figuring out what is going on, I'm sure of it. What ever gave you the impression Liberals are worried about a secret homosexual society taking over the world?

We're Liberals, remember? Gay isn't the issue hypocrisy is!

89. I don't believe that we are snickering about this
If * is gay or bisexual I wouldn't hold that against him at all -- any more than I would hold that against anyone else. And I'm sure that few if any DUers feel differently about that.

However, if this administration gets discredited and comes crashing down for any reason, that would be a very good thing for the great majority of people in the world. So I say, any information that could further that goal should be distributed as widely as possible.

6. Was Kerry also Skull and Bones?
Back in the late 50s, a co-worker of mine (who had somewhat of an obsession with homosexual activites, for reasons I later came to understand) declared without question that any man who had been in the military had engaged in gay sex. Years later, my husband, who had been in the army, declared that the co-worker's statement was "BS". Now, I don't really care about others' sexual behavior, honest, I don't--I've known quite a few heterosexuals who've shared some things with me I'd just as soon not hear--but the bottom line is, as so many here have pointed out, let's not be so damned hypocritical about it. If Bush has done this, that's really his business, just as Clinton's actions were his, but for Bush to align himself with the vociferously anti-gay crowd while engaging in gay sex himself would be so deceitful and manipulative, I don't have the words to express how ugly and mean-spirited it is. Some day all Bush's adoring worshipers will learn the truth about many things, and maybe then we'll all be set free.

Sorry--didn't mean to rave on for so long. I'm sure there might be more than one secret society that requires what some would call "unseemly" acts as part of their initiation. As far as Bush goes, I guess his supporters, especially the right wing fundies, would say he has repented and his sins are forgiven.

I give up now...

51. I gotta say...
I don't know anything about their initiation rituals, but I go to Yale, and I walk past their tomb pretty often, and I have to say that no one here cares about S&B. I knew a couple of people last year who were in it. The secret societies are seen as basically drinking clubs for kids with connections. Is there something more? Maybe. Is it likely? Honestly, I doubt it. I actually have a secret society building right out my window - I can literally reach out and touch it, and there's another one across the street. No one pays any attention to them. I've always just thought it was strange that they have this really creepy public perception, and the people who live closest to them never even think about it.

I really think the Bones are overrated. I think they're in positions of power because the people who were traditionally selected for membership came from rich, powerful families - their membership in S&B, IMHO, is an outgrowth of their wealth and power, not the reason for it. But that's just me. :)

Maybe back then they used to be something but now days nobody cares and it's just a rich kids club. Eh. Alex Jones on his website had this whole thing about S&B and Kerry/Bush and how they were controlling things. Who knows? But I doubt it because Kerry closed down BCCI which was a terrorist bank funding the Bush and BinLadin family. So heh heh. I doubt it.

91. Skull and Bones
Maybe you can explain the mechanics of how college seniors get access to literal human remains. Maybe you can explain what type of organization would encourage college seniors to surround themselves with human remains.

Perhaps you know someone that wishes to donate their own human remains to go on display within the four walls of the Skull and Bones tomb. But if the human remains are not stolen, I don't think the members of this ever so quaint fraterni/sorori/ty would care to have those human remains around.

honestly, does anyone really think that bush is gay? is calling him gay somehow going to help defeat the right? do you really think that will have any resonance with the anyone, outside a very few lunatic homophobes?

Bush and that other guy got. I could give a rats ass if he's gay, bi, or straight. It's the hyprocritical nature that has my interest, and then only slightly. Just wondering if the Gannon thing is closer to Bush than it appears now. Could Gannon be to Bush what Lewinsky was to Clinton? And I feel that should have stayed out of the news but since it didn't, again, the hypocricy has my interest.

Victor is infamous there, and was the mayor. His relationship with w is also common knowledge there.

This website is hardly the only source for this information and the situation goes all the way back to Yale, where w and Victor were roomates and had a rep even then. w is the pitcher, of course.

Fuck the tinhat bullshit, that's not a refutation of anything. That's terminology ignorant people fall back on when they are unable to consider the possibility that the radical wrong wing is actually ORGANIZED.

Also, there are more than a few homophobes in amerikkka. Why do you think the wrong wing stuck all the gay marriage initiatives on the ballots in November?

15. oh, i understand now
it's those nasty queers who control everything behind the scenes at the rnc and the wh who set up the anti-gay campaigns in november so they could get the bigots to all vote for them so that they could ... what?

do you really believe that the republican party is some kind a gay conspiracy? to do what exactly? 'recruit' america's precious youth into sodomy and right-wingery?

do you realise how ridiculous this all sounds?

and how offensive it would be if you tried that same paranoid tack against another minority? would you ever dare claim that the nazi party was all a 'jewish conspiracy' or that the kkk was 'really' a creation of southern blacks who controlled everything from behind the scenes?

this whole gay conspiracy reads like some particularly noxious nonsense from freeper-land. just change the charge from 'hypocrisy' to 'sin' and 'republican' to 'democrat' and a lot of these posts could be stuck at freerepublic and nobody there would blink. isn't that shameful?

i'm getting tired of all the weirdly gleeful assertionms that anyone we don't like is 'gay.' i'm seeing a vein of homophobia on this site that is quite surprising and disappointing.

It isn't that they are Gay, it is their lying about being Gay while destroying the lives of others like themselves.

They have no right to a clean, well-lit closet when they use "Gay Marriage" as a club to keep the Christian Right in line.

71. i agree
that it is obnoxious when gays are used by rightwingers to advance a nasty agenda.

i think it's even worse when the government sets about to systematically subvert the press.

most of what i've seen on this issue has been endless fixation on whether guckert is gay (i assume so, unless he's also some kind of creepy guy who's entrapping closeted military men, whcih could well be the case), whether bush is gay, etc. etc. and then lots of snickering sexual innuendo about gays. all, of course, under the guise of combatting 'hypocrisy.'

it's all very playground.

i am gay as well and i get pretty tired of hearing straights snicker about queers in a pc way.

so why not focus on the truly scandalous aspects of this, which were brought out by maureen down and sidney blumenthal today, eg, the wh's violation of all the security regulations, its creation of a covert propaganda operation, its attempts to undermine a free press?

there's hardly anything said here about that, just lots of contented clucking about 'hypocrisy' and snickering sexual allusions. i expected something a bit more serious than that.

90. I don't believe that anybody on this site is attacking gays
We just want to bring down this terrible administration anyway that we can (legally of course). If public knowledge that Bush was gay hurt his administration and therefore prevented it from doing incalculable damage to millions of people throughout the world, then I say go for it. It's really a shame that this would be the story that brought him down, but that would be a lot better than nothing.

The world is very imperfect, and therefore, having too purist of an attitude can be counterproductive. Unfortunately, if the Dems ever win back the Presidency they are going to have to get some votes from some very unsavory people, who vote for us for the wrong reasons. Should we throw those votes away and instead let the Repukes have another 4 to 20 years?

Like how come the arrest record of Victor Ashe exposing himself in a roadside park N. of Atlanta have dissappeared?

You do of courseknow George and Vic were Cheerleading roomies at Yale together...right?

Or the fact that George and Laura introduced Victor to his lovely (ha ha) bride.

There are many many more stories.

I have a whole lot of em saved and catalogued.

Most of em I broke right here at DU and was promptly chided and scolded for.

"Since he went to University, George W. Bush has reportedly had sexual liasons with a homosexual pal. This ostensibly went on, for example, all during the years Dubya as he is called (his middle initial, pronounced quickly, Texas-style) he supposedly was in the Reserves; and when he was a business partner with Osama bin Laden's older brother, the enterprise being Arbusto Energy; and when Dubya was Texas Governor; and continues as Dubya is the occupant and resident of the Oval Office.

Bush's reputed male sex-mate (Victor Ashe) is the local government head in a sizeable venue (Knoxville, Tn) Some reporters that travel with Bush and report on his sayings and doings, contend the person in question has often traveled with Bush and has repeatedly stayed at Bush's Texas ranch. The Secret Service is puzzled by George W. Bush's reputed male sex-mate. Several times when that person was talking to Bush, that person would start crying hysterically like a woman, apparently beset by some deep dark medical secret threatening his very existence. As the Secret Service and some White House reporters are fully aware, Bush's reputed sex-mate has AIDS. And Bush reportedly has the onset of AIDS in a terminal form not yet fully seen on his face and skin."

If you do the research yourself...You will find...1. GW and Victor Ashe were on the cheerleading squad together at yale. 2. Their relationship was described as "special" 3. Victor was at the ranch with GW while he was on vacation recently. 4. Victor Ashe is a confirmed closet homosexual...5. GW has bestowed many honoraria on Victor 6. Bush has visited Knoxville 8 times in the last year. Also from a source within the mayors office...there is confirmation of most of these facts. and then there is this tidbit

BUSH GETS APPLAUSE FROM HOMOSEXUAL ACTIVISTS

Homosexual activists in Washington and around the country are lining up to sing the praises of George W. Bush. Despite repeated statements about being a Christian and expressing the desire to restore honor to the White House during his 2000 presidential campaign, President George W. Bush is advancing the homosexual agenda as much as any other President in history.

29. I'm in Knoxville and, yes, all this is common knowledge here
Even Republicans whisper about Victor.
For the record, I liked Victor as a mayor. He kept the wingnuts on the county commission at bay, he set aside funds for a city-wide greenway and he ran a tight ship at little to no expense to the citizenry. In short, he wasn't very much of a Republican. I used to tease him about how he was always buttering up to Phil Bredesen (maybe he just thought Phil was cute?)
I did not know, though, that George and Laura introduced Victor to Joan.

is how in the beginning they tried so hard to make Bush look like some macho guy. On Earth day they had a photo out of him with an ax and then all the tree stuff he was doing in F911 on his "ranch." And just how things are with him and Laura.

44. No, I'm just honestly sick of it.
This happens time and again. Someone does something really bad, and suddenly all the gay rumours come flying out of the closet. "Why," they bluster, "he can't be one of us, because we would never do anything that bad. He must be one of THEM!" And we end up tarred with our own brush.

No, I DON'T think it would be great if Bush turned out to be gay. It would eliminate all the real discussion that would need to be conducted about WHY he's done what he's done, and instead reduce it all to, "Oh, well that explains it. He's gay!"

48. No, you didn't see how I qualified it...
Obviously he IS trying to destroy all GBLT people, so him being Bi is not a great thing.

If he *is* Gay, and I believe this, it discredits him with the Religionists who, along with Diebold, put him into office. I am hoping to motivate these people to remove him from office by whatever means makes most sense to them.

This is about how fucking hypocritical he is. The Gay issue was what got him in office (according to the MSM). If it had been any other issue that he was a hypocrite about, we'd focus on that.

60. It's not an us/them thing
Edited on Thu Feb-17-05 02:14 AM by FreedomAngel82
I think you're taking this too personal. It's not an us/them type of thing like in your post. The reason why people are on this is because of the hypocriacy. How Bush claims to be a good Christian family guy who is for marriage with man/woman and all that and how he doesn't even want to THINK about civil rights for those who are of the LGBT community. Also, look at what they did to Clinton/Lewinsky. They totally impeached him because of it but it didn't effect our lives at all, did it? The economy was wonderful, jobs were booming, families felt safe, education was going up, abortion rates down, etc. He was the best president ever, but they got him because of sex and now the pro-Bush republicans are all so fixtated on sex and "saving marriage." It's all they ever talk about. So, I think, to a lot of us it would be a sweet victory to show, if it's true, the hypocriacy. I, personally, don't give a rat's ass if a president is gay, lesbian, tri, bi or whatever they may be as long as they are a good politician and all that. With Bush, if it's true, he's a total fraud and hypocrite and destorying lives and this country because of the bigotry. Yet here Bush IS doing illegal crimes in this country and taking away ammendment rights and nobody who holds the power seems to care. So maybe the only way to show them the light is if this was true and could prove it.

72. Hitler hated his Jewish heritage
Some say the reason Hitler was so determined to erradicate the Jews was because he was embarrassed to be part Jewish. If Bush turns out to be Bi, then it might be easier to understand why he acts the way he does.
It's not about persecuting the Gay community, it's about understanding the psychology of a tyrant.

53. Ok, can someone help me out with this?
I read this article that was linked here, in it it states that the woman involved in the 'adulterous-bisexual affair', is more than willing to come forward and confirm this whole business if some one from the media will ask her. I think I know why the MSM have not gone forward with this, they are just lame. However, how is it that none of the 'internet media', such as the guys at Americablog, etc are not all over this? Perhaps is they started the ball rolling (which does seem to be the case nowadays, if you want any real news), the MSM would play catch-up. Of course, my next question would be, 'is this gal still living?'. Knowing how the Bushies are about these sorts of things, one could be suicided, or turn up missing or something...

Now, about some of the posts regarding Victor Ashe and the alleged pics Andy mentions that the Enquirer had. Where are the negatives? I can't believe that there are not some copies SOMEWHERE! Something this explosive didn't just have one set of photos, in one person's possession. Somewhere there has to be another set of them. Why can't we find them?

There just has to be a way that we can do something with this story to expose the players. We are doing it with Gannon, why not this?

73. Genuine compassion toward gays observed by Bush classmate in 1965?
I wonder if this was the last sighting of actual compassion demonstrated by W - the GOP Ghoulie comMander & Thief....

http://www.washingtonmonthly.com/archives/individual/2005_01/005490.php

January 20, 2005

THE REAL GEORGE BUSH?....Lanny Davis, a longtime Democratic attorney and former counsel to Bill Clinton, was also a classmate of George Bush's at Yale. He tells this anecdote today in the LA Times:

One of my most vivid memories is this: A few of us were in the common room one night. It was 1965, I believe my junior year, his sophomore. We were making our usual sarcastic commentaries on those who walked by us. A little nasty perhaps, but always with a touch of humor. On this occasion, however, someone we all believed to be gay walked by, although the word we used in those days was "queer." Someone, I'm sorry to say, snidely used that word as he walked by.

George heard it and, most uncharacteristically, snapped: "Shut up." Then he said, in words I can remember almost verbatim: "Why don't you try walking in his shoes for a while and see how it feels before you make a comment like that?"

Remember, this was the 1960s pre-Stonewall, before gay rights became a cause many of us (especially male college students) had thought much about.

Davis seems to think that this somehow excuses Bush's gay marriage demagoguery during the election, something that Bush now appears to be backing away from. "I hope it suggests a return to the 'compassionate conservatism' I remember and that he practiced in his two terms as governor of Texas," he says.
