Poll question: Voter Fraud - Is it more rumor than substance?
Believe me, I would love nothing more than to wake up tomorrow morning, turn on CNN before heading out, and see breaking news of voter fraud being confirmed and substantiated, with evidence that Kerry really did win the election.

But I wonder if by now someone, ANYONE, should've been busted...with all the investigating, with all the rumors, and with all the speculating that's gone on. Something should've given by now.

Was there really fraud, or are we reaching for straws at this point?

1. A double answer
Yes, there was fraud.

No, we may never have the concrete, non-circumstantial evidence to prove it.

2. Bev Harris hit major pay dirt today!
She just reported an update on her activitys this week in Volusia County Florida. She went to pick up the materials she requested with her FOIA and they gave her everything bust copys of the sign tally slips from the pct level from Nov 2. They gave her a new ones printed Nov 15. She requested a copy of the signed ones. When she came back the next day, she caught them red handed trying to get rid of them. The ones she checked don't match the ones she was given the day before.

Volusia county voting equipment, computer, etc are now on lock down.

Sounds like proof of fraud to me!

3. In a way...yes.
Let me explain. I see a lot of people kind-of doing the things a person would do if they wanted to hammer on something they knew was half-baked. Stuff like when people are talking about why Bush* has been named president-elect (notice how I tap-danced around that as to not offend anyone), you get responses like "it was the FRAUD" and that's it. I've seen some stuff about irregularities and all that goes into detail about what looks suspicious, and that's great, that should be talked about. But you have to admit, it looks funny (like funny strange, not funny ha ha) when there are all these people going "STOP IT you are spreading right wing spin to distract from the FRAUD". Either a lot of people are accepting it without looking at the details and learning them for themselves, or they're not carrying around the facts like they should if they really wanna work with this issue.

5. There are irregularities
Voting in the US is in very bad shape. The stories of the way minorities are treated in their precincts are scandalous. It's remnants of the Democrats voting everybody, twice; and Republicans stopping it. But now, Republicans are using what may have been partially defense to opress the vote, I'm sure they always did to an extent. That's a conspired effort to win elections through underhanded means which are charged to individuals if they get caught doing something overtly illegal. Like Sproul, if they get the goods.

The machines at this point are just odd. Alot of odd. A pattern of odd. But I don't think there's evidence of machine tampering yet, or any individual who may have done the tampering. At least not that I've seen. I am really glad people are investigating this too, because there are just too many problems to trust the vote.

Fraud? I wish we'd stop using the word. I'd rather call it another mission unaccomplished, massive voting failures.

Mail-in, paper ballots. It's easy.

6. If you're waiting for confirmation from CNN
I'm afraid fraud may always remain for you unconfirmed.

If you've followed the work of Bev Harris and others, it has already been confirmed.
