6. I've been listening for the last 5 mins or so

I can't quite wrap my head around what he's saying, though. At one point, people were accusing Weldon of jockeying for a position on one of the committees. I had read that the DIA is trashing the people coming forward and for some odd reason had sent classified documents to one of them. But what's the bottom line? Is it that the DIA knew about Mohammed Atta et al and f*cked up? And now want to keep it silent?
