25. I have no doubt that Elias will find many good arguments for a hand recount
I am from Minnesota saw I followed Elias' work on the Franken and Dayton recounts very closely, Kloppenburg could not ask for a better lawyer he is great at what he does and I have a lot of confidence that he will find many really good legal arguments for a hand count. I am still concerned however, because no matter how good his arguments are it is ultimately the decision of the judge. We need to build popular support for a hand count because while they may not say so publicly many judges do pay attention to popular opinion and if they think the public will lose faith in the electoral process if there is not a hand count they will be much more likely to rule in our favor.
