15. Waukesha County is one of the reddest in Wisconsin
It's west of Milwaukee and one of the counties surrounding the city where the well-to-do have gravitated. The metro area is unfortunately quite segregated. Waukesha County is upscale and Republican as a whole. It's a large part of the reason why Sensenbrenner always wins. The Democratic Party there is quite active and runs a candidate in almost every race, although they rarely win. By the way, Prosser is from Appleton in northeast Wisconsin, not Waukesha.
