I was audited because when I electronically filed because the program i used did not transmit copies of my Schedule C when it should have. When I checked my refund Status online (it was all EIC), the message was that my return was being reviewed and that I would receive letter in the mail telling me what the problem was. The letter took the longest to come, but once I sent them copies of my 1099's and Schedule C. I had my refund in 3 weeks.
