That child proof stuff will slow down a toddler but it won't do much more than that.

Worst child proof experience I had was a cast iron kid proof cap on a bottle of pain pills when I had broken my hand. I had to open that bastard with a hammer.

Still, putting picture instructions on them is monumentally stupid since preschool kids will be able to figure them out in record time.
