The government has to shut down Friday, and I know why!

I figured this out all on my own. The government has no choice but to shut down Friday. They don't have enough money to issue all the tax refund checks owed to those that still have jobs.

Waiting for your refund to buy a new car??

Keep waiting! The house of cards is coming down!
