3. A better question that should be asked everytime "Chinless" Scott
Pops his head out of whatever "hidy-hole" he's in is:

"WHY THE "EFF", AND HOW THE "EFF" DOES A 27-year-old with little experience, and no college degree, GET AN "EFFING" JOB AS A bureau director at the state Department of Regulation and Licensing, with an annual salary of $64,728 IN THE FIRST "EFFING" PLACE.

That is the "true" fraud and malfeasence here. It's not that he got promoted to a job...IT'S THAT HE HAD THIS TYPE OF "EFFING" JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Were there other more qualified candidates?
Was there a vetting process?
Was this an "open" recruitment?
How many resumes were submitted for this position?

It seems that those should be the FIRST questions the media would ask of an administration that seems so concerned with the state's budget.
