Bullshit! I was a front line, review writing, hiring and firing manager/supervisor for over 20 years. When one adult is responsible for another adults 'behavior' (work performance), there is a right and wrong way to communicate. This is not the right way. This type of thing should NOT take place in front of a customer or co-workers. Where is the managers sense of boundaries? Would you like being spoken to like that in front of others? :shrug:
