Is he a neocon, too?

We know about the neocons' PNAC plan. As I understand it, they envisioned a great conflict between the West and Islam in the middle of this century, and they devised a plan to nip it in the bud by, essentially, conquering the ME.

I didn't know that Clark subscribed to those views.
