I thought he said that while campaigning in 2008?

Or do you mean specifically saying something after the was elected President?

Of course, that leaves aside whether "right war" is an oxymoron and, even if it isn't, whether Afghanistan was ever a "right war."

But, I am trying to stick to the subjectic.

(So many issues, so little bandwidth.)
