2. That did occur to me. On the fourth amendment issue,
the fourth amendment does not apply to Fed Ex. However, it will continue apply to government (for whatver that is worth anymore).


As you can see in the article linked in the OP, the Fourth Amendment charges are being made against the INS, even though Fedex was involved.
