205. Growing ... being fickle...
Edited on Tue Dec-13-11 07:19 PM by iamthebandfanman
its all the same , no matter what you call it.

i think it says alot that MF came into DU with more conservative views only to be called a raging liberal now and that somehow not being okay..

it says more about the transformation of DU than it does MF.

we'll never see a pre 2004 election DU ever again, thats just a sad fact... but at this rate id take 2005/2006 DU any day over what we have now.

so much free thought here before, people discussing differences... not just name calling and party cheering.

thats what happens though when communities grow... especially when republicans do such a great job at making out every democrat to be a raging liberal... anybody who is a democrat just assumes they have liberal views... when in reality that doesnt necessarily translate...
oh the joys of a big tent party.

we really would be better off in a four party system. one where compromise had to happen, not in the slanted 'gimme all i want or im going home' way we have it now ;)
coalitions just seem to work out better to me than what we have now...
i could be wrong..

im sure some canadians would have some thoughts on it ;)
