said that these state attorneys general could have the big banks go through a
thorough investigation without any need for the Federal government to join in
also. The state attorneys can do it all by themselves on the state levels.

You guys have missed the most important point. The Fed. Gov't is not even
needed. What a chance to make those banks pay back their ill-gotten gains,
and prove that their executives are guilty of the shenanigans. Time to make
them take full responsibility for their criminal actions! Are we going to
pass up this chance?
