23. I originally thought the dress might be
a prom dress; but while I can't be sure when the photo was taken (no aspersion on the photographer intended), I eliminated the explicit reference, since it seemed unlikely.

And I also thought maybe it could be a bridesmaid's dress. But it seems a little fancy for that.

Still, since I know essentially nothing about fashion, I can't be sure. (But I think I finally figured out what a pirate patch is... golly gee willikers.)

The point being that the picture made me curious; made me think. It seems a very good vignette.


That's not even a remotely plausible interpretation.

And that would not be a problem, issue, concern, hitch, sticking-point, dilemma, obstacle, or botheration for me.
