23. Most ISPs are in process of implementing Bandwidth-Caps
see AT&T's new limit of 150GB per month. With the HD content, plan on only watching a few streams per week or be prepared to pay the $10 for every 50GB of usage. This maneuver will certainly be putting Netflix up against bittorrants as the competition.
