20. While we do need a cash infusion, what we really need are permanent,
good-paying jobs. I don't believe that's going to happen until we deal with unfair trade with countries that pay their workers slave wages.

Corporations need dis-incentives to move jobs to China. Corporate boards and CEOs are required to try to maximize ROI for their shareholders, and outsourcing jobs is the easy 'low hanging fruit' that is used to do this.
