that is one end that just has to normalize.

But, again, the government was put on track to a balanced budget that was going to pay down most of our debt with the properly set tax rates, and while there was a tech bubble, the economy was on better ground with proper regulation and tax rates that led people to want to put money into business vs just sitting on it.
