My guess is that the very success that Colorado is experiencing with its state medical marijuana program is a prime motivator behind this latest memo to crack down. Colorado's medical marijuana program didn't explode vis a vis patients and dispensaries until the 2009 Ogden memo. My guess is that you're about to implode -- big time.
