132. It's not just the relative amounts. When you commit ARMED
robbery, even if the weapon is only simulated, you threaten force and raise the bar considerably. The 1st story also said the 40 months was for "his role" and you don't know what that role was unless you read the rest of the story. He wasn't the mastermind and the fraud had already been going on when he took over. He's going to jail more for not stopping others than for anything he actually did.
