Call them on their BS. Tell them either pass tax raises on the super-rich, or shut down the government.

Then go to the voters and tell them it's all the Republicans' fault for refusing to pass tax raises on the super-rich. The tax cuts for the rich were extremely unpopular if you'll recall.

If the economy grinds to a halt, and everything goes completely to pot, and the people are out in the streets by the millions, who do you think wins?
