37. Just like cancer, it doesn't kill everyone
But a suspiciously large number die.
I have seen nothing good come from religion based on fantasy, I have seen much damage dome by the distraction from reality even when the will was not evil.

Mostly I see evil people that like to justify what they do with the cloak of holiness.

Hate and bigotry is equal in both camps but only one camp will rationalize it with "divine words" and spread the hate and bigotry much farther.

The most Christ like person I ever met was a Druid, I have yet to meat a christian that will throw out Leviticus in favor of only acting like the man they take their name from.
I have no special dislike for the Christian sky cults, most sky cults are equally damaging to enlightened truth (over myth).

How can even a good man react properly to reality when it is clouded by faith in fairy tales to such a degree that science is considered to be nonsense?
Who will help the needy if the sky being has decided they are to be poor?

Who can be rational and believe in irrational things?
How can one behave rationally when one is no longer rational but rather a follower of invisible beings that "some guy" swears is real and has a book HE wrote to prove it?

What makes your faith more rational than that of the Aztecs? Or the Scientologists for that matter? Do you have the inside scoop? have the invisible supermen spoken to you and revealed THE ONE AND ONLY TRUTH that can not be proven and can often conflict with the reality before your eyes?

It is time for a New Enlightenment, not a return to the dark ages.
It would be good if the scales fell from your eyes and you got in the game of reality based solutions to man made problems.
It is time to leave the tooth fairy behind, we are dying and we need your help, not your prayers.
