He's a sudden fly-by-night IT expert who thinks that software deletes thousands of Bush administration emails by accident.

He wants to fire attorneys who don't agree with breaking the law.

He is an errand boy and stooge for Blackwater.

No doubt, Issa's slur against World Trade Center rescue workers was the most unforgettable moment in a truly forgettable political career.
