i say I want him to succeed desperately. I will help him any way I can. But I will not back him when he betrays progressive values. I have seen a list of his accomplishments and feel grateful for them. But that isnt enough. I could give you a list of failures but you know them well, I trust. So I will only give one example because I think it is important. Not that the issue is more important than others but important from the fact that I do not see any reason for his reluctance to act. DADT. That is an easy issue for him as I see it. He should have suspended prosecution immediately upon becoming president. Doesnt cost a cent. But now he says it needs a year study. Please understand how this insults me. A year study? If so, why didnt the year start a year ago? If you disagree, i will listen. But to me it doesnt need a year study.
