they call and call offering mortgage insurance, refinance, life insurance etc... then the mailings every month... at least three.
this month they stopped using colors on the mortgage payment slips. and even dropped their logo. (to save money I guess) yet the calls and mailings continue to flow. oh did I mention sending me credit cards without my asking for them. I clip them up and close the account. (I have two and do not want any more. one personal and one business) then they send me another two months later.
they get 71/2% and still want more. They will not drop the prepayment penalty to refinance yet ask and ask to do so.
