The guy is desperate. His choice is low paid gigs in Havana, I doubt he is censored, if they let him in after he trashes Cuba on Megatv etc. Or a future working in his mother's restaurant in Mexico for $5 a day.
So he can't really do more than take money from the likes of the baba blog sponsors and other nefarious "foundations" until they use him up.
If Juanes had wanted him he would have asked. He's tainted by his right wing friends at this point.
