Honduran Mayor Dismissed, Micheletti’s Nephew Named for the Post

HAVANA, Cuba, Jul 3 (acn) Honduran social activist Jose Guardado
denounced that the mayor of San Pedro Sula (north), Rodolfo Padilla
Sunseri, was removed from his post by the de facto regime led by Roberto
Micheletti.
In an arbitrary decision, the coupists appointed Micheletti’s nephew,
William Franklin Micheletti, for the post, reported Granma newspaper.
Guardado said “Rodolfo Padilla has been dismissed from his post. He
(Roberto Micheletti) gave the city hall to his nephew Williams Franklin
Micheletti.”
In addition, Mayor Rodolfo Padilla Sunseri is facing an arrest warrant
issued by the de facto regime.
Guardado recalled that the illegitimately newly-appointed mayor and
his uncle lost in the local elections.
