or very irresponsible people who have a sick agenda, or a very misplaced high opinion of themselves..since they only give a shit about themselves.

That is not What Democrats have stood for, for the 40 years I have been a member of this party! We used to be a party for the People!

Not so much anymore..or even at all anymore!

When i see comments like this , and these comments are allowed to stay on a Democratic message board, when real great comments are deleted, I just wonder ..who are these people?? They are not people I have stood side by side with for 40 years trying desperately help other Democrats better themselves and lend helping hands to others that needed those hands.

These are not democrats I walked into Voting places with, to protect their voting rights and votes. They are not from neighborhoods of people, with so little, that opened Piggy Banks, to give what they could, to get Democrats into office. They are not little grandmas who held my face with tears in their eyes in Iowa and could only offer hot coco.. but wanted me in their home to tell me why they needed Democrats and what hopes they had..they weren't hopes of "CAKE OR CANDY"... or people of South Carolina, or Florida who were so hurting and so hopeful to see democrats get into office they gave pennies..but the last pennies they had to try to get the help they needed..from Democrats.

They did not want "CAKE OR CANDY"! They wanted to save their Democracy from the very crooks we have now been sold out to!

They wanted Health Care, they wanted the medicines, that they need, but can not afford, they wanted a better life for their children, they wanted fairness..they wanted to keep their homes that are now being taken from them...from the very people their tax dollars bailed out!

I never forget those people..people who wanted so little..but cared so much about their democracy..people who need so much, but cared about others more than themselves!

That is what being a Democrat is to me. Not calling others names, and acting like children telling those hurting ..all they want is Cake and Candy.
