Edited on Tue Sep-21-10 09:19 AM by mntleo2 is used all the time and we should take hold of it for our own as an argument to show that Social Security is an "entitlement" meaning it is for WE THE PEOPLE and *not* for "WE THE CORPORATIONS, WE THE RETHUGS, or WE THE LEGISLATORS.

Here is the legal definition taken from Findlaw:

Entitlement: An individual's right to receive a value or benefit provided by law (emphasis mine).
