trash-talkers spewing the same pointless rhetoric and derision who's main purpose and value lies in getting people to just walk away. They drown out discussion and derail threads over and over until reasonable people decide it's not worth the time to wade through it to get at the point.

Then, they set up the narrative to lay the blame on their victims after their strategy fails again (failure is based on the purported claims of what they want to accomplish).
